Brief Introduction

Working Principle

This machine consists of turntable, conveyor, guaduator, aluminum cap oscillator and electric control system etc.
Bottle is feeding by turntable and conveyor, bottle positioning by guaduator. The capping head move up and down and rotate at the same time to seal the aluminum cap with the help of the graduator.

Built-in turn table, running is stable.Qualified capping ratio is high and capping head height adjusting is easy.
3-Knife flexible capping, bottle breakage ratio is low，suitable bottle range is wide.
Bottle feeding, capping and bottle out are done automatically, can be used as a single machine.

Speed adjusted by inverter.
